Local Urgent Care Services
Immediate care is available for acute minor illnesses and injuries, such as cough, colds, sore throats, urinary tract infections (UTI), rashes and bites, minor cuts, minor sprains, strains and fractures. If you are suffering from chest pain, shortness of breath or head trauma, call 9-1-1 or go to the nearest emergency department.
Madison Health Urgent Care is located at 371 Lafayette Street in London (directly in front of Walmart). The center is open convenient daytime, evening and weekend hours, and no appointment is necessary.

What do I need to bring for my visit?
- Please bring a photo ID, if you have insurance, the most up-to-date insurance card, and a method of payment. *
- If you are not the policy holder, please bring their address, contact number and social security number.
- If you have been injured on the job, bring any internal forms required by your employer, the name and address of the BWC insurance carrier, and policy numbers.

Open enrollment occurs from Oct. 15-Dec. 7 each year. During this window, you can join, switch or drop a plan. Your coverage will begin on Jan. 1 (as long as the plan gets your request by Dec. 7).
