Local Pharmacy Services

Madison Health’s pharmacy manages the procurement, storage, preservation, packaging, sterilization, compounding, preparation, dispensing and distribution of medicine in the hospital. The hospital pharmacy supplies all medications to the inpatient units, and may also fill special prescriptions for ambulatory patients and outpatients.

Madison Health also offers an Anticoagulation Clinic to assist patients with ongoing monitoring, blood testing and dosing instructions when taking blood thinners. Our specialty team of pharmacists and nurses work with your primary care provider or specialist to manage your anticoagulation therapy
