About
Tiffany Johnson is a nationally certified nurse practitioner and is thrilled to be a part of the Madison Health Primary Care team in West Jefferson.
Tiffany is a native of London and attended Mount Carmel College of Nursing for her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree. She began her career working as a registered nurse in the critical care setting, providing compassionate patient care in fast-paced environments. Tiffany then went on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner degree, also from Mount Carmel College of Nursing.
As a family nurse practitioner, Tiffany treats patients of all ages and her experience includes working with pediatric and geriatric populations. She works closely with her patients to help them achieve their specific health and wellness goals.
Tiffany fosters patient-provider relationships built on trust and communication. She values a collaborative approach and always involves patients in their care.
In her spare time, Tiffany loves nothing more than to spend time with her family, which includes her husband, two young children (Carson and Adalyn) and their golden doodle, Brody. She enjoys deer hunting with her husband during bow season, long walks through Target’s Dollar Spot, spending summers camping at state parks and enthusiastically cheering for both the Bengals and Buckeyes!
