Our current visitor policy:
Visitors:
The following patients are allowed two (2) visitors:*
- Inpatients (during designated hours – 8am until 8:30pm)
- Outpatients
- Urgent Care
The following patients are allowed one (1) visitor:*
- Emergency Department
* These restrictions are subject to change within each department, based on volume, patient condition, etc.
Masking Policy:
Masks are no longer required at our facility; however, please wear a mask if:
- You have symptoms of COVID or other respiratory infections (I.e. running nose, cough, sneezing).
- You have been diagnosed with COVID within the last 10 days.
- You have been exposed to someone with COIVD during the previous 10 days.
- You are visiting someone in isolation or COVID or other respiratory illness.
If you do not have a mask, one will be offered to you.
Entrance Hours:
- Main entrance – Open weekdays from 7am until 5pm.
- Emergency Department entrance (facing Park Avenue) – Open 24/7.
- Park Avenue Medical Building entrance – Open during normal operating hours.
