About
Dr. Samuel David Weller is a board certified family physician, member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and Ohio Academy of Family Physicians. He has an interest in educating and working with patients to help them maintain their overall health and control any chronic conditions they have.
Dr. Weller has been practicing in Madison County since he completed his residency in Family Medicine at The Ohio State University Medical Center in 2001. Before residency, he attended The Ohio State University College of Medicine. While in medical school, he was a member of the Family Medicine Interest Group and volunteered at the Columbus Free Clinic where he provided care to the underserved.
Dr. Weller received his undergraduate degree from Capital University, where he majored in biology with a minor in chemistry. He was born in Circleville where he developed his interest in family medicine in a rural practice. Dr. Weller and his wife, Karen, live in Hilliard with their three children, Kathryn, Samuel and Elizabeth. They are members of Upper Arlington Lutheran Church.
Dr. Weller is currently accepting new patients at Madison Health Primary Care in West Jefferson.
