Remember a loved one this holiday season with Lights of Love
November 1, 2011
Lights of Love, the annual holiday illumination ceremony, is scheduled for Monday, November 28 at 5:30 pm in front of Madison County Hospital. The event is co-sponsored by the hospital’s Auxiliary and the MCH Foundation.
The official lighting ceremony coincides with Downtown London's Old Fashioned Christmas celebration. A performance by the Jonathan Alder High School Symphonic Choir, a blessing of the trees, and cookies and hot chocolate can be enjoyed at the Lights of Love ceremony before heading to the festivities downtown.
Lights of Love is a holiday celebration designed to pay tribute to those you love. You may chose to honor or remember someone special by purchasing a twinkling light on the giant blue spruce tree in front of the hospital or sponsoring one of the illuminated signs that lines the front lawn. Proceeds will support Caring for Today and Tomorrow, the MCH Foundation's campaign to acquire electronic health records, purchase new equipment, and provide patient assistance funds for those who need it.
