Madison County Hospital Welcomes New Orthopedic Surgeon

James Romanowski, MD, is Madison County Hospital’s newest orthopedic surgeon. Dr. Romanowski has joined Dr. Robert Mueller of Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Center, Inc and will be seeing patients in the Professional Office Building located next to the hospital.
A skilled orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Romanowski’s passion lies in treating sports injuries and repairing shoulders and elbows. He completed fellowships in sports medicine from the University of Pittsburgh and shoulder and elbow surgery with the Harvard Shoulder Service in Boston, MA. As part of his training, he provided care to the Pittsburgh Steelers, Pittsburgh Penguins, and Cincinnati Bengals.
Dr. Romanowski attended medical school at the West Virginia University School of Medicine and completed his residency at the University of Cincinnati. When not practicing orthopedic surgery, he enjoys running, skiing, and traveling with his wife and two children.
