*Madison Health's send a patient email service is free for any patient currently in the hospital. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver emails to patients that are visiting the hospital for outpatient surgery, testing, or the Emergency Department. Also, we are unable to deliver emails to patients that have been discharged from the hospital.

Patient emails must be sent by 10:00 a.m. EST to be delivered the same day. Greetings sent on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered the following Monday.

Madison Health reserves the right to read and review all emails. Emails containing unsuitable or offensive messages or incorrect patient and room information will not be delivered. If a patient requests not to be contacted during their visit, the email(s) will not be delivered.
